Prism DocForm is a Variable Data Printing solution that enables businesses to use their Toshiba MultiFunction device as a report printer to create professional documents, no matter where the data originates. For example, even boring “green bar” reports produced by a decades-old mainframe printer can be transformed into modern documents by DocForm – without requiring any change to the mainframe system!
DocForm allows businesses to add flexible company letterhead, graphics, barcodes or even seasonal messages to otherwise standard invoices. Producing these reports dynamically also means ‘regular’ paper can be used, therefore saving cost on pre-printed forms.

How does it work?
DocForm installs on a single Windows computer that acts as a print server. Jobs are printed through this server, but before passing the job to the Toshiba output device, it overlays a customized form onto the data to produce a professional document everytime. The report data may come from any source, such as a Windows PC or mainframe system.
What is required to run it?
The minimum requirements for the DocForm server is a PC running Windows 2000, XP Professional or 2003 Server with a Pentium IV-2GHz processor and 1GB of RAM.
